THESEUS Rehabilitation Center provides quality health and hospitalization services to people who are experiencing health or functionality issues. THESEUS ‘s goal is to restore the patient’s quality of life in a safe and enjoyable environment, with the expertise and prestige of both his scientific team, consisting of experienced and established associates, as well as of its modern facilities and equipment.  Our mission is to provide quality services, focused on the real needs of each patient, for their best possible reintegration into their daily lives.

The main goals of our policy are:

  • Continuous modernization of facilities and equipment to meet the expectations of our patients and the latest technological developments.

The Management and staff at “Theseus Rehabilitation Center” are committed to:

  • Stay abreast of technological developments, while attending to updating, training, and evaluation of our staff.
  • Constantly modernize our equipment.
  • Continuously improve the services provided in order to continuously improve the satisfaction of our patients.
  • Ensure the protection of confidential customer information.
  • Ensure the protection of the personal data of the Center patients and staff by complying with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Continuously monitor the operations of the Center through a set of indicators that are regularly updated.
  • Monitor and manage incidents, near misses and adverse events.
  • Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring and monitoring the above 11 quality features set by EN 15224.
  • Closely monitor and manage the clinical processes of the Center as well as the clinical risks that may arise therefrom.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of the Quality Management System.
  • Monitore and integrate the Centre’s clinical processes into the Sector’s processes through a specific framework of approvals and training.
  • Continuously provide quality health, safety and customer service to comply with the 11 quality features described in EN 15224.
